TEE Call Schedule – is attached to this email. Please use it when patients come in that are candidates for this procedure. Like any new procedure, it is important to take advantage when patients present in order to increase our skills and improve patient outcomes. Old Items:
Blood Drive – will be April 30th, put this on your calendar now. We will have more information on that day/events to follow.
New Chiefs – congratulations to Zach, Cassie, and Lou on being elected as chief residents for the upcoming year. There were many strong candidates from the PGY2 class. These three will do great work in 2020/2021.
Pediatric Fundamental Critical Care Support – is going to be a requirement for the PGY2 class and all classes moving forward. This is only offered on a very limited basis with the first class scheduled for April 28/29th. If you are a PGY2 plan accordingly.
Blue Ridge Marathon – is April 18th, 2020 and there is a need for volunteers. Great opportunity if you still need hours. Contact Ashley Simpson (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Mark Kasmer (email@example.com)
