This Week (Dec 15th)

26th edition. It looks like another close race between Kuehl and Clinton. One week left in terms of events with the Rosh quizzes looming.

General:

Interview Dinners/Lunches – This Tuesday, December 17rd, 6:15pm at Blue 5. Lunch the next day around 1pm at Riverside. Let’s finish strong before Christmas break.

Drive Educational Content – reminder that you can find the articles for this month on the main residency drive > educational content > Neuro block. I’ve put some other study resources there as well. Feel free to upload and share stuff with each other. I also created a folder for ITE study stuff, add/download good resources to that folder as well.

Practice ITE – this Thursday, December 19th for those who haven’t already taken it. It is 220 questions and designed to be difficult. Be sure to go over the answers after to get the most out of it.

AHA NIHSS Stroke Certificate – Complete as soon as possible if you haven’t already done so. Go to the link below and take form B as most of us took form A previously.

Hepatitis C – continue to order on all patients unless they have it documented in the chart or decline testing. Be sure to add it to the dispo diagnosis for billing purposes.
